• As the early spring blossoms diminish and the yellow fields fade then the Field Beans come into bloom. In humid conditions the flowers give a strong perfume to the farm. The nectar from the beans combined with other flowers such as brambles, clover and lime yields our Summer Honey. This honey is golden in colour with a beautiful rich flavour. Unlike the Spring Honey the Summer Honey is liquid and is very versatile for use: In hot drinks and cooking; drizzling over breakfast cereals or yogurt.
